I myself was going crazy searching the internet endlessly for ways that I could loose fat. I spent hours and hours watching You tube videos claiming abs in 6 minute. Or is it that the people we see in &amp;nbsp;fitness magazines actually spent hours and hours in the gym. In order to get a firm and sexy body. What I realized was there is no short cut to get abs. You need to control your diet which is very significant. And yes you do need to exercise as well. Around 70% diet and 30% exercise contributes to a well defined body. We all are made to believe by watching certain advertisements of ab machines, supplements and so called sliming tea's etc. That there is no other way to loss fat and get a nice body. We are made to believe that buying there products would give us a body&amp;nbsp;we desire. And let me tell you one more truth no ab machine in the world can get you abs if there is a layer of fat surrounding your belly which is the case in most people. Cardio exercises and to be more specific interval training is proven to burn fat far more effectively.Rather than long boring cardio.And people often make the statement that in order to get abs you need to work out everyday. Well that is not the case.You don’t need to workout everyday. The truth is, you only need to do 3 short home fitness workouts per week of 45 minutes. And still be able to get excellent results. Now as I&amp;nbsp;mentioned before that diet plays a crucial role when it comes to fat loss. And people think that Diet foods help to &amp;nbsp;lose fat. Well guess what they don't . &amp;nbsp;I myself was one of those people, thinking that yea maybe diet foods do help. But I ll say it again they do not. In fact are unhealthy as contain artificial substances and preservatives. So one should try to stick to natural foods such as nuts, fruits,vegetables, honey etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Now I believe we all already have the tools to be able to get a nice lean body but what we do not have is guidance on how to achieve it.
